When you pay by credit or debit card, the transaction on your bank or card statement will appear as:
SP AZOPY AU (often followed by our support phone number +447356296919)
The "SP" prefix is added automatically by Shopify Payments, our payment processor. The merchant of record is Kfo Empire Limited (trading as Azopy AU), a UK-registered company (Company No. 12491031, VAT GB379585037).
If you see a charge of Azopy AU order you don't recognise, please contact us at support@azopy.com.au or WhatsApp/Tel +447356296919 before disputing with your bank - we're happy to help identify the order.
Currency
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees if your card is in a different currency.
Payment Processing
Payment is processed at the time of order placement. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed.

Kfo Empire Limited is a non-resident overseas supplier based in the United Kingdom. Where applicable, Australian GST treatment is determined in accordance with Australian law and our GST registration status at the time of sale. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, unless otherwise stated.
