30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Azopy AU. If you're not, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Australian Consumer Law
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, as long as you contact support@azopy.com.au within 30 days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- New or slightly used
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Non-Returnable Items: Hygiene items, customised items, perishable items, intimate items, opened consumables are excluded from return/exchange eligibility.
Where to Return Your Order
For the convenience of our Australian customers, we will provide the Australian return address and a free prepaid shipping label by email once your request is approved. All returns are received at a third-party logistics (3PL) provider we use in Australia. You will not need to ship your return overseas.
Please do not send returns to our UK registered office or to any address that is not listed on the approved return label - unapproved or incorrectly addressed returns may be delayed or refused.
Azopy AU / Kfo Empire Limited (UK, Company No. 12491031) remains the seller of record for your order. The Australian 3PL receives and inspects returns on our behalf, and your refund or exchange is issued by Azopy AU / Kfo Empire Limited once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at support@azopy.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return shipping label pre-addressed to our Australian 3PL return centre, together with instructions on how to send your package.
- Send by Mail: All returns must be sent by mail using the label provided.
Fees, Labels & Processing
- Return Shipping: Download and print return shipping label: Free
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees
- Return Method: Returns accepted by mail only
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, your replacement will be processed as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.
- Refund method: refund will be sent to original payment method.
- Refund Notification: We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
- Please remember, it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 30 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, or if you have any questions about your refund status, please contact us at support@azopy.com.au.
