Our Shipping Guarantees

Shipping Included in All Prices
All product prices shown on our website include shipping to Australia. There are no additional shipping fees, no minimum order value, and no hidden charges at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday). This processing time covers order verification, quality checks, and secure packaging.

Order Cut Off Time
Orders placed before 7:00 AM AEDT (Australia/Sydney time) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Your order will be delivered within the following timeframes:

Australia: 10–25 business days
                  (including 1–5 days handling + 9-20 days transit)

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are based on your shipping destination and may vary due to external factors. 

Fulfillment Location
We source every product directly from the manufacturers and fulfill all orders from our own international warehouse in China under the responsibility of Kfo Empire Limited (UK). We handle all order verification, quality checks, and packaging in-house prior to dispatch, while trusted carrier partners manage final delivery. 

Order Tracking

Tracking details are provided for every order after dispatch. Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Lost or Damaged Protection
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us for help if you experience any shipping problem.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties. Azopy AU covers all standard shipping costs, and import duties are typically prepaid by us. In rare cases where local customs require recipient action, our support team will assist immediately to ensure no unexpected costs. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery. Please note that customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates.
